Last year the potential market of “peaceful atom” experienced an unprecedented rise, which was mostly declarative. On the one hand, interested states ascertained their intensions to develop atomic energy capacity; on the other hand, several peaceful nuclear power states are ready to satisfy this demand. The year 2011 will become a sort of a test for reality and prospects of already declared ambitions, set by states-produces and states-recipients of peaceful nuclear technologies.
