Abstract | In this article, a method of obtaining a composite based on polyacrylonitrile and Ag by IR heating has been developed. It has been determined that at temperatures of 600 °С or higher, the composite has a high conductivity (σ = 0,29÷12,37 Сm/сm); as the synthesis temperature is increased from 600 to 750 °С, the electrical resistivity ρ of the nanocomposite decreases from 3,45 to 0,089 Ohm·cm. An increase in СAg from 5 to 15 wt. % leads to an increase in the conductivity by more than a factor of 2 after IR heating at 750 °С. As IR heating temperature increases, the N content decreases, and the C content increases. After IR heating the composite has a heterophase structure which contains polyacrylonitrile and Ag nanoparticles the size of which is less than 100 nm. |
