The gold-silver ore sample material composition was studied. Presence of relatively coarse free gold in ore permits to separate part of it as high-grade gravity concentrate «head», suitable for direct melt to Dore alloy. A combined gravity flow sheet for gold and silver recovery has been developed: by jigging after primary grinding and applying centrifugal concentrators after secondary and tertiary grinding stages. It is proposed to send gravity cycle tailings to flotation. Flotation flow sheet includes rougher, scavenging and cleaning operations. Application of pyrometallurgical methods is recommended for gold and silver separation from gravity and flotation concentrates.
