Experience of Magnitogorsk State Technical University in the field of organization and development of the system of preparation of scientists for industrial enterprises in Magnitogorsk and Ural region is generalized. The developed system of organization of joint creative collectives including representatives of the enterprises and scientists of the high school has been tested in other Russian universities. Examples of such fruitful collaboration between MGTU and the enterprises in other cities of Ural region (Baymak, Belebey, Ufa, Glazov etc.) are given.
