On November 11-12, 2010, at the headquarters of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences was held an interregional scientific and technical conference “Prospects of small nuclear power plants development in regions lacking centralized power supply system”. The organizers are the Nuclear Safety Institute (IBRAE) RAS, SC Rosatom, and the Russian Academy of Sciences. The conference was supported by the Federation Council and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.
