In the beginning of February 2011, the contract on construction of power units No. 3 & 4 of Khmelnitsky NPP was signed by the President of NNEGC Energoatom Yuriy Nedashkovskiy and the first Vice President of JSC Atomstroyexport Alexander Dybov.
