The article describes the main rules of international law which are used for regulation of global nuclear market. Here included: legislative principles of nuclear law, functions of regulatory body, legal framework for safety of nuclear facilities, emergency preparedness and response, transfer of nuclear materials etc. Special attention is paid to nuclear export and import control legislation, and prospects of development of nuclear law as a whole.
