The successful experience of team-work of specialists from “Stoilenskiy Mining and Concentrating Plant” joint stock company and Poltavskiy casting and mechanical plant, directed to increasing of operating reliability and effective work of pumping equipment has been presented. Optimization of pumps construction, produced by Poltavskiy plant, allows to reduce number of replacement, connected with amortization, and electric power consumption.
