Abstract
The regulatory framework and its features in Transpolar Division (TD) of JSC "MMC " Norilsk nickel" is considered. The paper shows that one of priority directions of work of Transpolar Division is compliance with the requirements of the environmental regulations and environmental protection. Nature protection activity of TD is based on rights obligations of legislative and other ecological requirements at production operation. Activity of TD is regulated by the limits in accordance with the established procedure of admissible impact on atmospheric air, surface water bodies, ground surface.
