Features of introduction and development of the integrated system of the quality management and ecological management in Transpolar Division of JSC "MMC" Norilsk nickel" are considered. The paper shoes, that one of priority directions of work of the company is ecological safety and environmental protection. All elements in ecological management of Transpolar Division of the standard control system are reflected according to requirements of standard ISO 14001. Introduction of the integrated system is one of major factors of competitive capacity of enterprises in the international market.
