The results of commission investigation of circumstances and reasons of the accident with serious consequences occurred in the underground “Rasvumchorr” mine of “Apatit” public corporation are presented. Recommendations directed on excluding possibility of forming explosion-dangerous mixture of fine-dispersed explosive components with air and electrostatic discharges during mechanical charging are given.
