Abstract | The main directions of personnel policy of Olenegorsky mining and concentration plant are presented. The much attention is given to the organization of cooperation with educational institutions, work with young specialists in formation of a personnel reserve. The social component of activity of the plant is in detail considered; privileges and the guarantees given to workers of the plant are listed; activity of social and cultural complex is examined. |
