The results of computer-aided FEM simulation of the process of super-ductile forming the shells from 1570 aluminium alloy sheets with producing cylindrical die are presented. Relationships between shell form, its height, wall thickness and efficient deformation rate in the upper part (from one side) and gas pressure and forming time (from other side) are presented.
