| Реферат | Intensive development of the newest technologies of industrial activity leads to necessity of continuous work on manufacture perfection. In Polar division “Norilsk Nickel” a basic element of the infrastructure, realizing the Program of manufacture perfection (PMP) is Management of industrial activity perfection (MIAP). By the current moment for MIAP the task of decrease in time and financial expenses for carrying out of the PMP is actual. Decisions on automation of a stage of total optimization of manufacture project PMP, directed on decrease expenses and calendar duration of the project performance, and also standardization of steps of projects due to creation of specialized information system “Diagnostics and modelling” are considered. It is noted that the information system “Diagnostics and modelling” is successfully introduced in MIAP and is in operation since September, 1st, 2007. |
