Silver passes in biosorbent after sorption. The process of silver desorption proceeds rather difficult. The mathematical apparatus which has allowed to receive optimum indexes of conducting the process, has been applied for data processing, received after silver desorption. Calculations allow to estimate kinetics of process with optimum parametres and are made according to the real indexes at the new desorption column developed by the authors.
