Abstract
Temperature dependences for calculation of density, viscosity, heating capacity, capillary tension and heat conduction of liquid chlorosilanes (trichlorosilane, dichlorosilane and tetrachloride of silicon) and their mixes are found. The program of their calculation depending on structure of a mix and temperature is made for automation of calculation of properties in application Excel of package Microsoft Office.
