Abstract | A relationship has been established between the superconducting transition temperature Tc and crystal structure parameters of the HTSC ceramic samples of the Tl2201 phase. We show that the application of high pressure cold pressing (HPCP) results in an increase of the Ba–Ba distances. The nature of the influence of the HPCP treatment on the length of basic interatomic distances of the Tl2201 phase has been found. We show that the HPCP treatment reduces the concentration of holes in the thallium containing HTSC samples. It has been established that the values of the Cu−O1plan planar distances and the structural distortion of the CuO2 layers have the main influence on the Tc value. |
