Object-oriented research and usage of mineral raw material sources in the Kyrgyz Republic provide development and functioning of ore mining complex, which is the one of the important economical segment in the country. Part of these complex in Gross Domestic Products is 9-10%, and in volume of industrial production is 40-41%. Tax revenue volume from mining enterprises is 9-11% from total. The paper presented analysis of conditions of ore mining and mining-metallurgical industry in the Kyrgyz Republic. It has been noticed that at present time the general part of total production volume contribuses is enterprises of gold-extraction and building industry. Priority directions of mining industrial complex till 2010 have been presented.
