The description of calculation scheme in relieved stresses, which corresponded to conditions of loading of border zone of rock massive during construction of mining excavation therein, has been done. At first time the components of direct and tangential initial stresses, worked in tight rock on contour of prospective excavation have been defined, then additional field of stress, deformation and displacement in marginal massive, conditioned by rock excavation has been also defined.
