Abstract | The new technology of lead-zinc ores benefication has been developed. As consisted with this technology at first time collective lead-zinc concentrate has been detached from ore in one flotation operation in simple reagent condition. Then, charge has been composed with ore and collective concentrate, after that charge has been beneficiated by direct selective flotation scheme. Lead concentrate with 63.95% of lead with extraction, equals to 92.51% and zinc concentrate with 51.84% of zinc with extraction, equals to 86.78% have been obtained in industrial scale from charge, contained 10.33% of Pb and 7.24% of Zn. Sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate has been used as depressor for zinc minerals. Usage of new technology allows to increase zinc extraction in cognominal concentrate by 9.38%. |
