Реферат | To increase the selectivity of the separation of diamonds from the ore by X-ray luminescence methods use additional characteristics of diamonds: the degree of absorption them X-rays. The combination of the two distinguishing features provides a high selectivity of separation, but can not to extract non luminescent diamonds. To extract non luminescent the diamonds is suitable the method of direct X-ray absorption. Examples of methods and devices for realizations these methods and their analysis are given. Control systems for these methods are developed special simulators based on synthetic crystal materials. Simulators are transparent to X-rays, have the spectrum of the luminescence kinetics of luminescence decay and the ratio of the luminescence decay component corresponding to the nitrogen-containing diamond. Simulators are suitable for setting separators based on the amplitude separation method, a method of X-ray luminescence absorption, direct X-ray absorption and the method of using the ratio of the amplitudes of the components of the x-ray luminescence decay. Technology of industrial manufacturing of the simulators and the systems for automatic control of equipment by the simulators yet to be developed. |
