Реферат | The analysis of the basic geomechanical problems on mines “Molodeznaya” (“Youth”) and “10-letya nezavisimosty Kazahstana” (“The 10th anniversary of independence of Kazakhstan”) of Donskoy GOK has allowed to establish that the key reason of instability of workings consists contemporary tectonic movements. By the results of the geomechanical in-city researches, executed by Mining Institute of Urals Division of the Russian Academy of Sciences on these mines during 1980–2011, tectonic components of horizontal stresses are revealed: σ1 = –10 МPа; σ2 = –14 МPа. The horizontal azimuth σ2 at the mine “10-letya nezavisimosty Kazahstana” is about 50°, at the mine “Molodeznaya” is about 0°. Thereby the tectonic stresses on the depth above 500-660 m on the deformation bases 10–20 m serpentine rock massif goes to “post-peak” stress-strain condition. The condition causes sharp growth of stresses in the lining of mining shafts. Increments of relative deformations of rock massif, that were revealed with GPS method on the mines during 15 years on the deformation bases 300–3000 m, have reached 0,85 mm/m. It is 30–50 % of static deformations. Periodic tectonic deformations with amplitudes to 0,1 mm/m and with periods 1,5–2 hours were revealed on the deformation bases 60–200 m. Earlier at designing the given factors weren’t considered. On the basis of the revealed laws some technical decisions for stability of workings have been worked out. The decisions: a choice of a site and trace of developments; restriction of mobility of rock blocks by advanced bolting; decrease of stresses in the lining of mining shafts by making possibility of backing the permanent lining from the shaft bottom and by yielding of back side of lining. |
