Abstract | The results of theoretical, experimental investigations, commercial tests of means and systems of all-seasonal dust-gas suppression in the open pits of the Urals, Middle Asia, Kazakhstan and Zabaikal’ye are cited. Scientifically well-founded and experimentally confirmed workings out of IGD UrO of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the field of atmosphere normalization in open-cast mines and protection of environment by artificial formation aero-gasdynamical and eat transfer processes have real prospect of further use and development in the decision of the international problem of destruction (recycling) missile solid-propellant engines within the limits of contracts on reduction of offensive arms. Alternatively to ecologically dangerous technologies of open burning of the rocket fuel containing in the structure carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, chlorine, aluminum, iron, it is offered two ways of its liquidation with the subsequent processing of proceeding gases (emissions) by multiphase streams of career fans: In the developed spaces of open-cast mines; In underground mining developments. For increase of efficiency of processes of suppression of harmful impurity it is offered to use zeolites (10–100 microns) the fractions, possessing unique adsorption, cation-exchange and catalytic properties with high acid resistance and thermostability. |
