Abstract | At present time, over 90 % of operational stocks of continuous (rich) polymetallic ores from bowels on underground mines of MMC “Norilsk nickel” on deposits of Talnahsky ore knot it is extracted. The remained stocks of rich ores lie basically located as flat lenses on depths 1400–2000 m. Since depth of a deposit of 700 m, deposits are evaluated as rock bump dangerous. For working out of low-power deposits of Talnahsky ore knot on deep levels, ore preparation of clearing panels with an arrangement of the basic preparatory developments in a massif of reinforced hardening solid stowing mix is offered. Absence of the cases of dynamic destructions in the developments located in stowing massif, similar to those occurred in ore files, has been observed for decades of conducting of mining works; it became the basis of the offered way of ore preparation on working out of deposits with a stowing of the developed space. It is established that concrete designs are capable to protect successfully the preparatory developments located in them from concentration of high pressure. Based on the results of natural researches, mathematical simulation by finite elements method and tests of samples from equivalent materials reinforced by metal grid, possibility of transition from field preparation to ore with maintenance thus stability of developments and their transition to rock bump safe condition is substantiated. |
