This article presents an operating system on personnel education on «Severalmaz» Company. Due to this system, which is adapted to the industrial welfare, the current requirements of company in qualified personnel, are constantly covered. Each year, “Severalmaz” Company sends its personnel into the exterior educational institutions: workers are sent to the additional educational programs; managers and inspection specialists are sent to the programs of the preliminary attestation; personnel is also sent to the extension courses and educational seminars.
However, the educational institutions can`t provide such a flextime according to the needs of a company. According to this, the preparation of most of “Severalmaz” Company labor is taken to be held directly on enterprise, along with the whole work content on the personnel development.
For this purpose, in 2012, “Severalmaz” Company creates an educational center, where an education on the professional training and retraining programms, professional development and additional educational programs are planned to be held in concordance with the requirements of a company. A systematic work on improvement, preparation and professional development of “Severalmaz” Company personnel solves a problem of a current support of a needs in personnel for perfomance of a plan targets in extraction, processing, geological survey and other directions of a company`s activity.
Continuty of specialists in the work, increases not only a status of a company, but also a status of Arkhangelsk region as Russian mining area.
