Abstract | Continuous experimental monitoring of the methane gas release into the degassing wells of the excavated sites is the base of the research. The degassing wells are drilled in the roof rocks to the undermined contiguous seams which are above the splitting opening. The gas release is related with the parameters of clean-up works. Physical and mathematical model of the dynamics of methane release into the degassing wells from undermined coal seams which allows release gas quantity from total measured methane release of each undermined seam. The model quantitatively links parameters of clean-up works with each other, processes of rocks displacement and gas release from contiguous seams. |
