"Tyazhmash" JSC is the largest Russian company, which projects and constructs the breaking, grindability and conveyor equipment for ore-dressing and processing enterprises and metallurgical complexes, which process ferrous and non-ferrous metals ore, and gold and diamond containing raw materials. The plant has all indispensable conditions for the product release. The large scientific base is created on the enterprise, the innovative technologies are mastered. The plant has a complete complex of manufactures, upgraded with all necessary equipment and gear. Near thousand units of metal cutting equipment are operating in the mechanical assembly shops with various kinds of production, such as: metallurgical, forge, procurement, assembly and welding, including the special and unique engineering tools, automatic and semiautomatic devices, computer numerical control machines and processing centers. In combination with all kinds of control and diagnostics, the high quality of the products amount is provided. "Tyazhmash" JSC holds the continuous work on searching the new ways of efficiency increasing of breaking and crushing processes. For the last decade, the plant nomenclature has been supplemented with modern and more productive equipment: ball and rod semi autogenous mills. The production of the different purpose machines makes it possible to the complex supplement of equipment, providing the two stage crushing flowsheet of the sledged ore with the installation of autogenous and semiautogenous mills in the first stage of crushing, and the installation of ball or rod mills — in the second stage. Nowadays, 90% of existing Russian and foreign mining and processing enterprises are working according to this scheme. The plant produced near 600 ore mills of various dimension type and purpose.
