The article within the framework, permissible from the viewpoint of patent science, describes the essence of operation facilities identification —concentrating plants and their projects — by technicalandeconomic performance indicators and with model plants parameters, related to useful models group. A conception is explained, with which purpose and which predicted result the considered operation facilities identification is performed, based on ZAO «Mekhanobr Engineering» experience in design and engineering. A generalized example of a useful model application is considered as a model plant in design stage and with respect to obtaining a positive economic effect at every (major) stage of investment project life cycle. Conclusions with regard to financial viability of developing and practical implementation of «Useful models group of a model plant» are formulated by way of example of activity of ZAO «Mekhanobr Engineering», as being a successfully developing R&D Engineering company and GoodStanding member of the market and business community.
