Реферат | This research paper shows the definition methodology for the optimum durability (running before the discarding) of mine dump trucks Unit Rig MT 3300 DC and Unit Rig MT 3300 АC (136 t of the carrying capacity) in «ALROSA» JSC. This methodology is being cared out on the assumption of the minimum of unit costs on the capital investments and maintenance service parts, for the whole operating period. The unit costs are referred to the whole active job for that period. There was considered the operating efficiency of the frame of various models of mine dump trucks, according to which was held the systematization and analysis of its maintenance effects. Rather high reliability of the frame of TEREX MINING mine dump trucks confirms the principal possibility of its operating efficiency before the running time, which corresponds to the optimal durability. The 1,3 mln. km of running of the UNIT RIG MT 3300 AC, -DC mine dump trucks corresponds to the optimal durability of automobiles and longevity of the frame. According to this, the running time of these mine dump trucks is 90 th. motor-hours. According to the results of the research work, and the order of the Company, there was approved a new normative running before the discarding of the UNIT RIG MT3300 АC,-DC mine dump trucks. This research work was held with the financial support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation, within the project No. 2010-218-01-001 “Creation of complex innovation environmentally safe technology of extraction and processing of diamondiferous ores in the Far North”, which is being held with the participation of North-Eastern Federal University named after M. K. Ammosov and “ALROSA” JSC. |
