Gornyi Zhurnal
The 11-th issue of «Gornyi Zhurnal» (Mining Journal) (November 2017) is devoted to the 40-th anniversary of the Research Institute of Comprehensive Exploration of Mineral Resources. The Institute is a leader in Russian fundamental mining science.
The issue’s articles show all information about the Institute’s historical path and current scientific and investigation activities. The Institute’s participation in the development of international economic relations in mining area is discussed, and its contribution in scientific substantiation and development of innovation processes of comprehensive processing of mineral raw mateials is described.
The whole subject area of the Institute’s investigations is shown: the investigation of mining-mechanical and physical processes in soils as the basis of mining technology; deposit mining technology at the comprehensive soil mastering; processing and comprehensive use of mineral raw materials; industrial safety and environmental protection.
