Abstract

Concentration technology of titanium-magnetite ores of Gusevogorsk deposit in “EVRAZ KGOK” JSC is described in this article along with the basic equipment of plant and obtained final products. Initial ore, containing ~16% of Fetotal, is exposed to crushing, breaking and dry and wet magnetic separation. Iron-vanadium concentrate is the main product of the plant. This concentrat contains 60.4% of Fetotal (for the sintered ore production) and 62% of Fetotal (for the pellets production). Marketable crushed stone is produced from the wet magnetic separation tailings.
