Abstract
This article tells about the activity of a Chair of Heavy Non-Ferrous Metals Metallurgy of Ural Federal University. This chair has been collaborating with Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UMMC) enterprises for many years. Personnel training is carried out together with scientific researches for UMMC enterprises.
