Abstract

JSC “Center of Earth Sciences, Metallurgy and Ore Benefication” became the basis of regular Plaksin Readings, which were carried out on September 16–19, 2014 in Almaty (Kazakhstan). Four sessions were carried out within this meeting: “Technological mineralogy. Decomposition and ore preparation”, “Flotation, gravitation, magnetic and electromagnetic separation”, “Complex processing of mineral raw materials”, “Processing of technogenic raw materials. Economic aspects”. Reults of the meeting are described in this article.
