Ratios are obtained for calculation of unit loads with regard to solid phase mass and slurry volume per 1 cm² of hydrocyclones orifice area. Rational intervals of variation and mean values of unit loads are given. The presented ratios may be used for approximate determination of hydrocyclones orifice size. Examples of calculations are given.
