Brief information on the Agaraksky copper-molybdenum Mine-and-Mill Complex (Armenia) is presented. The targets of the Agaraksky concentrating plant modernization Project, developed by «Mekhanobr Engineering» JSC, are formulated. The modernization Project Alternatives, considered in technical and economic assessment, are presented. The Alternatives, adopted in development of Detailed Documentation, are characterized in more detail. Information is presented on new equipment, both Russian produced and imported, to be installed in crushing, grinding and flotation processing stages, including conditions of equipment components' arrangement. The Agaraksky deposit ore dressability studies with application of new reagents are reported. It is noted, that the modernization Project is realized from own funds of the Mine-and-Mill Complex, as well as a credit, granted by the Armenian government.
